Keithley Instruments this week introduced the Model 2180 RF vector signal analyzer for the automated testing of wireless devices and transmitter circuits in production test environments. The devices uses a software-defined radio architecture with a 500 MHz digital signal processor to enable fast data acquisition and processing, and is designed to be used with the Model 2910 RF vector signal generator to create a test-and-measurement solution that reduces test times and capital equipment costs for testing active and passive RF components, according to the company.
