Cisco, Etherstack collaborate on public-safety solutions

Cisco and Etherstack will cooperate on the development of public-safety-radio network infrastructure products aimed at the North American first-responder market. Specifically, Cisco will enhance its range of public-safety interoperability solutions for the APCO Project 25 (P25) ISSI protocol, which supports bridging between different manufacturers’ radio networks and interoperability.
