Former APCO president Joe Nasser dead at 68

From the Daytona Beach News-Journal: Joe Nasser, a former president of the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials, has died at age 68. Nasser had worked as a consultant after retiring in 1990 from the Volusia County (Fla.) Sheriff’s Office, where he had been director of the office’s Emergency Management Division.
