MCM sells wireless division

MCM Technology has sold its Wireless Enterprise Division to Lifeline Management Systems, which is led by the company’s original founder, Patrick A. McMaster. The transaction supports the sale and transfer of a proprietary software application and clients’ existing service contracts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
