AT&T announces spectrum acquisition

AT&T today announced the completion of the acquisition of spectrum licenses—which cover 196 million people in 281 license areas—from a subsidiary of Aloha Partners. Aloha’s 12 MHz of spectrum covers major metropolitan areas, including 72 of the top 100 and all of the top 10 in the U.S., according to the company.
