Avago Technologies unveils RF amplifiers

Avago Technologies unveiled the VMMK-2x03 radio-frequency amplifiers. The ultra-small amplifiers measure 1mm x 0.5 mm x .25 mm and are designed for 500 MHz to 12 GHz frequencies. They can be used in mobile devices, sensors and military communication applications, according to the company.
