Boston Scientific acquires wireless device manufacturer

Natick, Mass.-based Boston Scientific Corp. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Remon Medical Technologies, a privately held company based in Caesarea, Israel, that develops wireless communication technology for medical-device applications. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
