Access point offers security monitoring

Colubris Networks introduced the MAP-330 integrated sensor access point that uses an IEEE 802.11 a/b/g radio design for continuous security monitoring of wireless LANs. The design dedicates one radio to monitoring the 2.4 and 5 GHz frequency bands while another delivers bandwidth-network-access services, according to the company.
