Midwestern university expands its mesh network

Proxim Wireless announced that Romeoville, Ill.-based Lewis University has deployed its ORiNOCO AP-4000MR Wi-Fi mesh access points. The university purchased additional access points in order to offer outdoor, wireless Internet access to students and visitors, according to the company.
