New circuits hit market

Microwave and millimeter wave products for wireless systems provider TriQuint Semiconductor introduced the first three products in its multi-function circuit family. The gallium arsenide, integrated circuits target 18, 23 and 26 GHz applications for digital radio and K-band satellite communications. They are DC- and RF-tested and offer a typical conversion loss of 9 dB, according to the company.
