Dec 28, 2006 1:17 PM

Walgreen’s, which operates more than 5500 drugstores in 47 states and Puerto Rico, will deploy I.D. Systems’ RFID-based Wireless Asset Net system in distribution centers in South Carolina and Illinois. In addition, the system lets users conduct electronic safety inspection checklists and schedule maintenance based on use, instead of on a calendar basis.
