Companies partner on WLAN technology

Lenovo has integrated Atheros Communications’ XSPAN draft 1.0 802.11n wireless LAN technology into its V100 notebook models. Atheros’ AR5008E-3NX chipset, which supports the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands, will be included in the notebook.
