EFJ changes name

EFJ, Inc. today announced that it changed its name to EFJohnson Technologies, Inc. The company’s stock is quoted on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “EFJI,” and its ticker symbol will not change. The company’s EFJohnson, Transcrypt International and 3e Technologies International brands will continue to be used on products, but all operations will be part of the EFJohnson Technologies operating unit, according to the company.
