APCO signs collaborative agreement with Canadian colleagues

The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) and APCO Canada will sign a collaborative agreement—dubbed the APCO Global Alliance for Cooperation and Development—which states the two organizations will share information, resources and best practices. The organizations will sign the agreement on Oct. 2. in Toronto, Canada.
