Freescale launches four new amplifiers

Freescale Semiconductor unveiled four broadband, radio-frequency amplifiers for high-gain and linearity over bandwidths from DC up to 6 GHz that were developed for WiMAX base stations, meter readers and RFID readers, according to the company. The MMH3111N, MMG3014N, MMG3015N and MMG3016N amplifiers will be RoHS Directive compliant, a directive that restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
