Magazine names fire chiefs of the year

Fire Chief magazine announced the 2008 winners of its annual “Fire Chief of the Year” awards. They are as follows: Chief Charles L. Werner, Charlottesville Fire Department, Charlottesville, Va., and Chief Michael H. Lee, Bethany Fire Department, Reidsville, N.C. Fire Chief is a sister publication of Urgent Communications.
