Franklin Wireless awarded multimillion-dollar purchase order

San Diego Calif.-based Franklin Wireless Corp., a developer of wireless broadband communications devices, announced a $7-million purchase order from Mexican operator Iusacell for the company’s CDU-680 dual-band CDMA 1xEV-DO Rev. A USB modem. The modem operates in the 800 MHz and 1900 MHz bands, according to the company.
