Police, campus security invest in CAD system

The Hapeville, Ga., police and fire departments will install Spillman Technologies’ integrated hub, law-records, computer-aided (CAD) dispatch and mobile-records modules in March 2008. The integrated software system will let the agencies enter names, addresses, and other data that can be accessed by officers working in the field. In other news, the Florida State University Police Department also is implementing the company’s integrated hub, CAD and law records modules.
