U.S. Army contracts 3G wireless testing to Nokia

The U.S. Army awarded a contract to Nokia to build a WCDMA 3G/HSDPA network. According to the company, the Army will use commercially available, off-the-shelf technology to test defense-related applications for 3G wireless.
