Army awards $92 million logistics support contract

IT and network solutions vendor CACI International recently announced a $91.7 million contract from the U.S. Army to provide logistics support services for the Army’s tactical radio communications systems. Over the next two years, CACI will oversee the development and deployment of such systems, monitor the manufacturing and testing of original and reengineered systems, and assist in planning to determine how the systems are deployed to troops in the field, according to the company.
