Siemens to release tracking modules

The Siemens Communications Group will release in December two new modules for tracking and navigation applications for fleet management, vehicle positioning, navigation, emergency call and location-based services. The Java-based XT75 and the XT65 modules contain a GPS receiver for global positioning and enhanced data rates for GPRS and enhanced GPRS technology for transmitting data to mobile devices.
