NeoTerra released V3.1 of its neoTrackproduct, a messaging and GPS-based automatic vehicle location software solution designed to operate with Kenwood Fleetsync radio systems. The company added an IP connector feature that supports the transfer of GPS positions to third-party application, such as graphical information systems.
