Miami-Dade police upgrades biometric system

Motorola recently completed upgrades to the Miami-Dade (Fla.) Police Department’s automated fingerprint identification system and to the company’s Printrak biometric identification system. The department now has fingerprint and palm print data storage capabilities, according to Motorola.
