Tiburon lands $6.4 million contract

Pleasanton, Calif.-based Tiburon announced yesterday that it landed a $6.4 million contract from Allegheny County, Pa., to provide an integrated public safety system. The system includes computer-aided dispatch system, records management, mobile data and field reporting systems. It is a multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional CAD system that will support the Sheriff’s Office, Pittsburgh Police Department, and an additional 134 police, 216 fire and 68 emergency medical service departments throughout the county, according to the company.
