UHF data radio modem announced

Raveon Technologies launched the StingRay, a UHF data radio modem. It features 1 to 5 watts of RF output in the 450-480 MHz band, a maximum communication range of 50 miles and programmable over-the-air data rates of 1200 to 1920 bps, according to the company.
