Nations Media Partners reported Thursday that Fits Tower Division is completing a transaction involving 186 Towers covering four states valued at $34 million to AAT Communications Corp. Representing Centennial Communications Corp., Nations Media Partners negotiated and advised on the sale. Structured for "rolling closings," 105 towers have sold in Indiana, Michigan, Louisiana and Texas so far. The remaining sale of tower assets will occur during the next several months. Under the terms of the transaction, Centennial will lease space on the towers from AAT.
