EMS files infringement suit

EMS Technologies Inc. announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Sweden-based Allgon AB and two of its subsidiaries.

According to an EMS press release, the lawsuit alleges infringement of two EMS Wireless patents on technology used in base station antenna products. EMS seeks to block Allgon’s ongoing importation and manufacturing of these antennas, which company officials claim are based on EMS’ dual polarization technology.
