LogicaCMG plc announced Monday that the merger between Logica plc and CMG plc is now complete. Logica plc has been re-named LogicaCMG plc.

Based in London, England, LogicaCMG provides management and IT consulting, systems integration and outsourcing services with expertise in wireless technology. The company’s clients include telecoms, financial services, energy and utilities, industry, distribution and transport and the public service sector. LogicaCMG is on the London and Amsterdam stock exchanges.
