Army tests WiBRO

Samsung and the U.S. Army’s CERDEC information technologies and integrated services center will evaluate WiBRO, the South Korean version of Mobile WiMAX—also known as 802.16e—at the CERDEC facility located at Ft. Dix, N.J. Tests will focus on leveraging WiBRO technologies in a mobile military environment.
