Trango Broadband updates wireless microwave systems

In 2008, Trango Broadband Wireless will broaden its line of TrangoLINK Giga high-performance point-to-point wireless microwave systems and offer more frequencies that meet American National Standard Institute (ANSI) and European Telecommunications Standards Institute standards, the company announced. The company will merge the current TrangoLINK Giga 18 GHz offering with TrangoLINK Giga 6 GHz, 11 GHz and 23 GHz product offerings in Q1 2008. The company also will be upgrading its point-to-multipoint product set with the introduction of the TrangoMulti-Mode 5, a 40 Mb/s point-to-multipoint broadband wireless Internet access system that operates in the in the 5 GHz band.
