NCEE plans antenna short course

The Northeast Consortium for Engineering Education will host a four-day short course March 30-April 2 that will address the principles of antenna design. Dr. Warren Stutzman, professor of electrical engineering at Virginia Tech University, will lead the course, which will be held at the Executive Conference and Training Center in Dulles, Va.
