Sinclair Technologies merges with Comprod Communications

Oct 29, 2004 5:49 PM

Sinclair Technologies and Comprod Communications announced they would merge. Terms were not disclosed, but the companies said the merger is scheduled to close before the end of the year.

The companies initially will operate independently, but would "gradually" develop production efficiencies, coordinate customer support and co-develop certain target markets they said. Sinclair designs and manufactures base-station and mobile antennas, filters, receiver multicouplers, transmitter combiners, and complete antenna systems. Comprod also designs and manufactures base-station and mobile antennas, as well as RF filters, duplexers, combiners, multicouplers and isolators operating in the 27 MHz to 2.5 GHz frequency bands.
