Army Turns to Biometrics

The U.S. Army awarded Telos Corp. a new contract award worth as much as $497 million to provide services, hardware and software required to assist the army's Biometrics Task Force in the development of an enterprise-wide biometrics infrastructure for the Department of Defense. The contract will run for a three-year base period with two one-year option periods, according to the company.
