PCTEL Buys GPS-Focused Vendor

PCTEL acquired Wi-Sys Communications, an Ottawa, Canada-based company that specializes in GPS antenna and receiver technology. The company will pay $2.1 million for Wi-Sys and will integrate operations into its existing Antenna Products Group.
