Amateur radio association ARRL sent a letter to FCC Chairman Kevin Martin last month to protest delays related to WT Docket No. 04-140, the amendment to Part 97 of the commission's rules governing amateur service. ARRL encouraged the FCC to swiftly approve its refarming concept and other recommendations.
