California county upgrades 911 systems

The Monterey County, Calif., Emergency Communications Department has selected NICE Systems' products to capture emergency radio and 911 communications at its consolidated 911 center in Salinas, Calif. The county's system will include a NiceLog, which will replace the existing Dictaphone Freedom recording system, according to the company.
