Communications Marketing Association honors Terry Daniels

The Communications Marketing Association presented its Pioneer Award to Terry Daniels, president of Victoria, B.C.-based Daniels Electronics. The award is presented annually in recognition of contributions to the two-way radio industry and in recognition of service and dedication to the CMA.
Daniels is recognized as an early supporter of the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials' Project 25 standard for digital radio communications and is a Radio Club of America Fellow. In addition to his involvement in the CMA, Daniels also is president of the Western Canada Telecommunications Council, serves on the advisory board of the University of Victoria School of Business and is a delegate to the Radio Advisory Board of Canada. He also is a past director of IEEE's Victoria chapter.
