Companies partner on video surveillance, mesh network

Houston-based LenSec, a provider of citywide, IP-based video surveillance solutions, is teaming with wireless mesh networks developer Firetide to offer video surveillance solutions to government entities. The combined solution will blend IP video surveillance solutions, surveillance cameras and wireless networks. LenSec will offer the solution directly to cities, counties, educational institutions and other entities, according to the company.
