L.A. installs CAD system

Northrop Grumman of McLean, Va., installed a new computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system for the city of Los Angeles. The implementation included a new CAD system and the company's CommandPoint mobile software applications that interface between a command center and field units for data access and field-unit status.
