Massachusetts county deploys P25 system

Tyco Electronics' M/A-COM business unit deployed its P25IP conventional MASTR III radio communications system in Franklin County, Mass. It is a two-channel, 11-site system that is engineered and managed by Comtronics Corp., which provides interoperable communications for Franklin County's public-safety officials.
