Meru, Catalyst combine on enterprise IP voice and data

Apr 1, 2006 12:00 PM, BY DOUG MOHNEY

Meru Networks and Catalyst Telecom announced an agreement through which Catalyst will distribute Meru's wireless voice-over-IP and data portfolio — including Meru's wireless local area network system — to provide wireless voice and data services to enterprises over an IP infrastructure. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Previously, Meru had entered into a reseller agreement with Avaya to distribute Meru's complete WLAN portfolio. Catalyst, a sales unit of ScanSource, is an Avaya channel partner.
