News: Chadmoore acquires stock in CMRS Systems, 800 SMR Network

Chadmoore Wireless Group, Las Vegas, has acquired stock of CMRS Systems and 800 SMR Network in a transaction valued at more than $34 million. Through the acquisitions, Chadmoore obtained 10-year management rights and options to acquire channels nationally, bringing the total number of channels under contract by Chadmoore to more than 7,000. The respective service areas of CMRS and 800 SMR Network will increase Chadmoore's service capabilities in each of its underlying markets, with a potential of operations in every state. The $34 million in consideration is comprised of $3.5 million in cash, with the balance in stock and options.
