NEWS FCC names PCIA as clearinghouse

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has named the Personal Communications Industry Association (PCIA), Alexandria, VA, as a tentative clearinghouse for PCS microwave relocation cost-sharing. The FCC adopted PCIA's proposed cost-sharing plan to promote the relocation of microwave systems, to benefit microwave incumbents and to distribute relocation costs more equitably among PCS licensees.
