Satellite system vendor lands 20th patent

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office awarded Reston, Va.-based Mobile Satellite Ventures its 20th patent for the company's hybrid satellite-terrestrial system. The patent covers methods by which a satellite routes push-to-send messages between terrestrial and satellite networks, according to the company.
