Transcrypt signs overseas distribution contract

EFJ Inc. announced its Transcrypt International subsidiary has signed a contract with American International Radio that authorizes nonexclusive sales of Transcrypt's voice privacy products in 102 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Previously, EFJ announced Transcrypt had signed an exclusive agreement with Setkom Communications to sell its products in Turkey.
