Miami-Dade County launched free wireless service at the city’s Tamiami Park today in conjunction with a public-safety initiative. The launch is part of the Wireless Miami-Dade Initiative, a six-month pilot project that supports free wireless service and public safety communictions and is sponsored by Motorola.
