Arcadian adds two more co-ops to 700 MHz network

Arcadian Networksannounced that Todd-Wadena Electric Cooperative and Agralite Electric Cooperative, two electric utilities located in central Minnesota, have joined its 700 MHz communications network to monitor and manage meter information. The wireless communications solution will help the co-ops collect, monitor and respond to data traveling through more than 4500 miles of power line and 30 sub-stations in real-time, according to Arcadian.
