Meru Networks deploys wireless network at Utah State University

Utah State University deployed wireless LAN equipment from Meru Networks across its 400-acre campus to provide wireless coverage for more than 25,000 students, faculty and staff. Nearly 700 of the company’s wireless access points now are installed in 150 buildings, including academic facilities and residences. The university plans to add coverage to outdoor venues and inter-building corridors for campus-wide Internet telephony usage, according to the company.
