New York City to deploy multimedia incident management solution

NICE Systems announced it won a $9 million contract from New York City and the New York Police Department for NICE Inform, a multimedia incident information management solution. The solution will be deployed in next-generation emergency call centers under the city’s Emergency Communications Transformation Program (ECTP), a multi-year, multi-agency program to modernize the city’s 911 system.
