Software lets hospital personnel track patients

Patient Care Technology Systems announced that New York-Presbyterian Hospital selected its Amelior ORTracker automatic tracking software to communicate the location of patients and mobile medical equipment in its perioperative department, post-anesthesia care units and sterile support services. The software provides real-time tracking of patients and mobile medical equipment using wireless ultra-wideband badges worn by patients and staff.
